Welcome to Nuva ("we," "our," "us"). By using our app and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

• During registration, you must confirm your age by checking the age verification box.

• If we discover that a user under 13 has registered, their account will be terminated immediately.

By using the app, you agree to:

• Avoid posting or creating harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

• Respect other users and our intellectual property rights.

• Nuva, including its design, functionality, and code, is protected by copyright laws.

• Users may NOT copy, duplicate, or redistribute the app, its content, or any part of its software.

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or reproducing the app in any form is strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorized use of Nuva may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Nuva is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

• We are not responsible for any data loss, technical issues, or unauthorized access.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

• Users assume full responsibility for their language-learning progress and content creation.

7. Modifications & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time.

• Updates to these Terms will be posted, and continued use of the app means acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law & Disputes
